1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products (eBooks, supplier lists, downloadable guides, etc.), all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, your product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products are automatically delivered via:

  • Email to the address provided at checkout

  • Instant download link on the confirmation page (if available)

If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at stefresellsbusiness@gmail.com.


3. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds under any of the following conditions:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You did not fully read the product description

  • You thought the product included something not listed

  • You no longer need or want the product

  • You made the purchase by mistake


4. Faulty Delivery

If you experience a technical issue (e.g. broken link, corrupted file), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve the issue by:

  • Resending the file

  • Providing a fresh download link
